Free Shipping

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. We believe shopping should be easy and affordable, so shipping costs are on us!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 7-10 business days for domestic orders
• 14-21 business days for international orders (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey. If you have any questions about your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
